Ensure that ROVO is enabled in your Atlassian instance to access UserHub's advanced features, including ROVO agents that assist with your work and help solve tickets efficiently.

Step 1: Installing UserHub

  1. Navigate to the Atlassian Marketplace.

  2. Search for UserHub for Jira.

  3. Click on the Install button and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Step 2: Accessing UserHub

  1. After installation, go to your Jira instance.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click on the Apps dropdown.

  3. Select UserHub from the list to open the app.
