StatusView is designed to simplify your Confluence document tracking by providing comprehensive reports on page statuses and integration with Comala Document Management. Follow this guide to quickly get started and begin leveraging StatusView’s powerful features.

Step 1: Installing StatusView

1. Navigate to the Atlassian Marketplace.

2. Search for StatusView for Confluence.

3. Click on the Install button and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Step 2: Accessing StatusView

1. After installation, go to your Confluence instance.

2. In the top navigation bar, click on the Apps dropdown.

3. Select StatusView from the list to open the app.

Step 3: Setting Up a Report

1. Once in the StatusView interface, you can start by selecting the space you wish to analyze..

2. Customize the columns to display the information you need (e.g., page status, last updated, Comala status).

Step 4: Generating Reports

1. After selecting the space and customizing your columns, click on the Search results button.

2. StatusView will create a detailed report showing all relevant information for the selected space, including both built-in Confluence page statuses and Comala statuses (if integrated).

Step 5: Downloading to CSV

1. After viewing the report, you can download it in CSV format by clicking the Download CSV button.

2. Choose where to save the file, and the report will be available for further analysis or sharing with your team.

Step 6: Integration with Comala Document Management

1. If you're using Comala Document Management, StatusView will automatically integrate with it, showing both Confluence's built-in statuses and Comala statuses in one report.

2. You don’t need any additional configuration for Comala integration—it works out of the box.
