2. Choose the report

Select the report or reports you want to analyze. This allows you to focus on a single team space or review a broader part of your Confluence environment.

3. Pick what you want to review

Choose the data that matters for your use case. Depending on your needs, you can review areas such as:

  • space usage

  • page lifecycle

  • Comala status

  • orphan pages

  • trash content

  • attachments

  • page version volume

4. Run the report

Generate the report to get a clear overview of your selected Confluence content. This helps you quickly spot outdated pages, isolated content, heavy attachment usage, or documentation that may need cleanup.

5. Refine the results

Adjust the visible columns and focus only on the information you need. This makes it easier to tailor the analysis for governance reviews, cleanup activities, or regular documentation checks.

6. Export to CSV

When you are ready, export the report to CSV for further analysis, sharing with stakeholders, or audit and governance activities.
