The Agile AI Assistant offers powerful functionality to transform acceptance criteria (AC) into actionable checklists and create corresponding subtasks, simplifying task management and boosting team efficiency.

1. Refine the Issue

Click the "Refine Issue" button within the task, bug, or user story. The Agile AI Assistant analyzes the summary and description, generating Definitions of Done (DoD), Definitions of Ready (DoR), and technical checklists.

2. Convert AC to Checklist

The AI identifies the acceptance criteria within the issue and converts them into an internal checklist. This ensures that all criteria are clearly defined and actionable, providing the team with a detailed roadmap for completion.

 

3. Generate Subtasks

Based on the acceptance criteria, the AI creates subtasks for each specific criterion. Each subtask can be tracked and assigned individually, allowing for efficient delegation and progress monitoring. You cna customised type of subtask as well select checklist items to create selected.
